All material will be shipped via UPS. UPS does
not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
UPS charges calculated in our shopping cart are
approximate. Actual charges may vary due to shipping weight. Exact
charges and UPS tracking number will be emailed to you when your
order has shipped.
We reserve the right to group items into as few
shipments as possible and you will be charged for each shipment.
Should we have to break out your order to more than one shipment,
you will be charged for each shipment (including backordered items).
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days
except for backordered items. You will be notified of any delays.
In those instances when Sequoia Brass and Copper does not have the
materials in stock, it will schedule a delivery date following its
receipt of the materials and you agree to accept the delivery of the
materials at that time. We are currently serving the United States
only.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us as
undeliverable. When UPS returns an undeliverable package to us, we
issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to
re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you
would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are
welcome to place a new order on our shopping cart.
